The Designs

eBotanica designs reflect the elegance of classic lines, the beauty of natural and botanical elements, the ancient skills of international craftsmen, and the unique, eclectic vision of the artist.

When you give or wear an eBotanica design, you know there is no other exactly like it in the world.

Each piece is handmade by the artist, with each stone individually chosen to create the ideal combination of textures, colors, visual depth, and symmetry.

Each piece is an arrangement of elements, sometimes unexpected, that results in a uniquely beautiful melodic synergy. Primarily composed from a select collection of semiprecious stones, exotic beads, man-made south sea and freshwater pearls, and exquisite claps, the pieces create their own music.

The Designers

The designers Elizabeth Ciarfeo and Michelle Region are both influenced by their European heritage and bring a practiced eye to the careful arrangement of elements that is eBotanica.

They design and make each piece by hand, choosing from a carefully selected collection of materials acquired from all over the world.

Attention to detail is their hallmark, and their greatest pleasure in design often comes from a tiny element perhaps not readily apparent on cursory examination - a special bead to introduce a clasp, a contrasting spacer to set off a pendant. This distinction assures the wearer that no component of an eBotanica piece has been casually placed or superficially considered.

The design studio is in an early-20th-century home in the graceful old King William section of downtown San Antonio, Texas.
