Shipping and Handling

Most items will normally leave our design studio within 10-15 business days after you place your order.  Rush orders are also available by request.  Please email us at info@ebotanica.com for cost and availability.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an e-mail with your shipping details.  Your order status prior this time will show that the order is in "Processing".

Items being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Canada and Europe may take 4-6 weeks from the ship date to complete delivery.

If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order and still haven't received it, please contact us at orders@ebotanica.com to obtain the latest status for your order.

Returns or Exchanges

eBotanica.com has a 100% guarantee on all of our merchandise.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

Your eBotanica.com jewelry will have a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  We will repair or replace a defective item without charge, at our option.  All items are also guaranteed against breakage for up to one year after purchase.
